The staff (particularly Ms. Queenie, Ms. Carmen, Mr. So & Mr. Sung) were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious (unlike what I've been told about HK hotel rooms) and clean. There was free breakfast provided during our stay. Nonetheless, there were also a lot of eateries nearby. It's about 5 minutes walk away from the Yau Ma Tei MTR and less than 3 minutes walk away from the public buses which could bring you to the Tsim Tsa Tsui Star Ferry Pier. We got the package with Airport Transfer, which was great for us as we did not need to worry about getting to the Airport with our elderly parents and luggage.

Very clean and well maintained. I loved a communal rubbish bin on each floor, so convenient. The balcony and the function room is useful. Staff helpful and responsive. Great location, well serviced by public transport. Not as noisy as I expected from reading other reviews.

Excellent stay at the Salvation Army Booth Lodge! Not only was the location amazing (2 mins from Yau Ma Tei Station and seconds away from convenience stores and restaurants) it was also a great experience! All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit firm but they give you ample amount of pillows. They warn you that they don't have shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom but they also sell some for a good price in the reception. The free breakfast is nice with an offering of toast, cereal and dim sum. Always nice when we needed something to eat before a busy day! They offer a free shuttle service from the airport for you as well which was amazing! You can even pay for shuttle service back to the airport for a good price (around 400 hkd depending on how many people, bags and what time). I would really recommend this place if you're looking for something comfortable with a good location! This was our first stay in Hong Kong and staying at the Salvation Army Booth Lodge helped make it a great stay.

This place is perfect. Good size room, very clean and quiet. Have enough hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is a safe and a mini fridge. Air con and WiFi in all rooms. Bed is firm which I like. Good water pressure for the shower. Simple breakfast and nice roof terrace to enjoy a quick coffee before heading out. Staff very helpful. A special shout out for Ms Queenie Ng - she has been exceptional with her customer service and had tirelessly answered all my questions before my travel and ensured that I had all the information I needed. Airport pick up was very easy and a nice quick ride to Yau Mai Tei. As a single traveller, I felt very safe at Booth Lodge. There is no need to consider any other places to stay in the future when visiting Hong Kong.

Excellent location with both bus and metro a few minutes walk away. Direct airport bus runs every half hour, A21, $34.60 HKD, takes 55 minutes and get off at Man Ming Lane stop, 2 mins from Booth Lodge. If using metro use exit C. Reception on 7th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean room on the 11th floor with a view of Kowloon. Basic breakfast with cereal, toast and dim sum. Would certainly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I enjoyed my stay in The Salvation Army Booth Lodge last April. Alex and Carmen are very nice and helpful stuff at the front desk. They are friendly and efficient, which made me feel like at home. Cleaning staff are also polite. Among others, I like it provided breakfasts for me and also a terrace and a room for eating. The safety box is useful. Hair dryer, sink basin, and shower facility are all in good condition and brand. Love the people are quiet and did not affect my sleep.

The location is great, the room size is fantastic. With the high ceiling, the room feel even more spacious. They have umbrella in the room to cater for bad weather. Room is also very clean. Staff are very friendly and able to provide assistance whenever required. Our booking came with free airport transfer, which is a private vehicle sending both of us to airport in the comfort. We will book the stay again if we visit HK again.

What a great find! Comfy and spacious, and location is close to many local eateries and shops. Its tucked in a quiet street off the busy Nathan Road, sleep well. Staff are courteous and helpful, and laundry shop just opposite the hotel with same day service starting at US$8. Good base for anyone interested in exploring a more local neighborhood.

The lodge is situated in a quit street next to Nathan Road. That makes it a perfect base to explore the city. MTR station just arround the corner and the A21 busstop to the airport just across the street. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The room was big enough and fully equipped. Nice big private bathroom with hot shower and fresh towels every day. Breakfast is simple but oke to start the day. Staff is helpfull and friendly. The free airport pickup was well organized and very convenient.
